Ostara (or Ēostre) is the ancient Germanic goddess of spring and fertility. The tribes believed this to be a time to celebrate the rebirth of the Earth after a long winter. The celebration of Ostara marked the beginning of the agricultural cycle. This was the time farmers would start planting seeds for the fall harvests. They honored Eostre with the hopes that she would bless them with bountiful harvests in the coming months.

Ingredients: Lavender, Lemon Balm, Elder Flowers, Chamomile, Dandelion, Peppermint, Strawberry Leaf
Pour boiling water over tea and let steep for 10 minutes. Add honey or another sweetner.
