Herb blend chosen for it's calming & light sedative properties. Useful for those with anxiety or if you just need to relax into sleep. Contains: Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Lavender, Chamomile and Skullcap. Pour boiling water over tea and let steep for 10 minutes.
